All the wood is sourced from our tree surgery works which is cut and split on arrival to the processing yard. It is air dried in the open for 12 months and then brought into the drying barn for a further 12 months. It is therefore fully seasoned, of excellent quality and ready to burn when it leaves our site.
Our firewood is fully seasoned and comprises of at least 90% hardwood. Our preferred wood type is ash, oak and beech due to its great burning properties.
